Sustainable Living: The Art of Kombucha Making

Kombucha is an increasingly world-wide popular fermented health drink. Originating in China, for thousands of years it has been used as a health tonic and was traditionally passed to the next generation as part of the community’s culture. Join Gillian Kozicki, the founder of  Cultured Artisans, to learn about how to make this delicious and healthy drink for all the family to enjoy.

Gillian is a passionate educator and empowers people to engage in their wellness journey by combining her love of home prepared whole foods that support good health with wellbeing. In this 2 hour workshop Gillian will reconnect and revive the art of fermenting, exploring the benefits and practicalities of making and maintaining Kombucha at home using some natural ingredients from our very own gardens!
