Kombucha can be tricky and temperamental - but thoroughly worth it if you enjoy its goodness as you pursue a healthy lifestyle. Gillian will guide you to make your own unique Kombucha blend. She will then demonstrate its champagne-like sister - Jun!
Peta will share her extensive experience and help us explore Italian tastes from the deeply infused flavours of icy Lemoncello, and tangy and spicy Chinotto (and special seasonal variants) that you can make at home.
With a wealth of experience and enthusiasm from our two presenters, the workshop will be held at our very own Gillian's wonderful home: Eden Estate.
