More and more people are talking about the importance of gut health, both to aid chronic health issues but also to improve energy levels and a general feeling of wellness. Increasingly popular options for improving gut health are kombucha and milk kefir.

Kombucha and milk kefir are fermented drinks both bursting with health-giving "good" bacteria and can be prepared and maintained easily at home for very little cost. Once you learn the basics the possibilities for combining flavours and integrating into your day-to-day eating and drinking are endless. Kombucha is a delicious and refreshing option for adults, while milk kefir is a lovely way to add more beneficial bacteria into children’s diets.

Join our workshop with fermenting expert Gillian Kozicki from Cultured Artisans to learn how and take home the cultures to get started. It will be a fun and tasty afternoon with lots of taste-testing along the way.
