Summer is here! ….and thoughts turn to a new season, wellness, and fresh flavours for sunny afternoons.

With summer & sunshine now is the time to try some new skills and flavours!

Learn how to make Kombucha – the drink-of-the-moment. And we will revive the artisanal techniques of Lemoncello and Chinotto

Join me and my inspiring friend Gillian Kozicki from Cultured Artisans. You’ll get a hands-on experience of fermenting and infusing that you can share with friends and family.

While Kombucha can be tricky and temperamental it is thoroughly worth it. Particularly if you enjoy its goodness and are pursuing a healthy lifestyle. Gillian will guide you to make your own unique Kombucha blend.

Then we will indulge in Italian flavours for summer! Because it’s hard to go past the deeply infused flavours of icy lemoncello.

And time permitting, we will also make a batch of the citrus and spicy Chinotto cordial – another Italian-style summer favourite.
