Description:
Kimchi is a very popular dish and with good reason. It can help to improve your cardiovascular health and digestive system, and that is as well as being a super tasty, gorgeous accompaniment to most meals. It is a traditional Korean cabbage preserve, where recipes are usually handed down through the generations.

If you're looking to spice up your life, then join us for this workshop where using fresh, seasonably available produce we will create food that not only tastes good, but has some amazing health benefits too. The least of these being it's ability to slow down aging!
