Kimchi is a very popular dish and with good reason. It can help to improve your cardiovascular health and digestive system, and that is as well as being a super tasty, gorgeous accompaniment to most meals.

If you’re looking to spice up your life then join us for this mini ‘Kimjang’ (workshop) where using fresh, seasonably available produce we will create food that not only tastes good, but has some amazing health benefits too. The least of these being its ability to slow down ageing!
